Each certificate is available in two versions: a free, ready-to-use PDF version and a $3.99 version that includes a PDF and a customizable DOC file.
Below are the two versions of a typical certificate of achievement. You can print the PDF version then write in the recipient's name, accomplishment, and date. The DOC version lets you:
Include your business or organization name at the top (replacing "Commonwealth of Great Salads")
Include the recipient's name, accomplishment, and date in the font of your choice
Have one or two signature spaces, with your customized names and titles beneath (the free version has a single blank signature line)
Change any of the text (except for "Certificate of Achievement" which is actually an image)
Remove the www.FreePrintableCertificates.net URL
On gift certificates, you can customize the denomination, or remove the denomination altogether
